Hunter’s Rest Woody enjoys his appointment as Official Mascot for Syntech. Woody works hard to bring smiles and entertainment to everyone he meets while in the office. His big goal in life is to follow his bloodlines as a top-notch gun dog by learning to duck and pheasant hunt.
Head Honcho, the Man in Charge, Little Napoleon…determined that this company will NOT be his Waterloo, but rather a business where everyone works hard and plays harder! Brad is a 2nd generation owner of the business with 25 years’ experience in the sign industry. He can sometimes be a bull in a china shop but has a pretty good heart. The Dude abides.
A woman of few words, very few.
5’5” PG out of NC, 5’9” with the hairdo, Tony handles the rock well and shoots the 3-ball at a very high percentage! Not much of a rebounder but what he provides on offense makes up for his deficiencies in other areas. Tony plays with passion and strives to make others around him better and to be a great teammate!
Sue has been part of the Syntech Team since 2006. With her previous experience in the construction industry, Sue is uniquely positioned to know the ins and outs of project logistics from inception to execution and beyond. Always quick with a witty remark, she is also a master of value-engineering: using quality materials to save money and maintain the design intent.
A graduate of UNCG, Heather has been a project manager with Syntech since 2017. When she’s not busy doing her PM duties she can be found in the warehouse or in production making sure the fellas are doing what they are supposed to be doing! Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, and living life to the fullest.
Jon is a true sign industry professional with more than 15 years’ experience in the field. When Jon isn’t installing, building signs or laying vinyl he enjoys deep sea fishing and going to the Casino to hit the slot machines. He also strives for the “uncle of the year” award by spoiling his niece’s and giving them anything they want!
As our Creative Director, Brandon has an extensive background in leading creative vision, ideation, strategy, and execution. With over 10 years’ experience as a creative in the signage industry, Brandon will confidently direct the artistic vision for your project.
Hunter got game! He has a design background and has been in the sign business for a few years now with a range of experience. Hunter likes to play video games and prank Dylan in his free time.
Resident strong man and MMA fighter extraordinaire. Santiago has a background in construction but has a passion for IT and Design. He is kind of new (again!) to the Team and taking on a new role. His desire to learn and for continual improvement exemplify the spirit of our approach.
Dylan, aka “Dylan with The Good Hair” around the office, is one of our Graphic Designers. He can be found most days wondering why we make signs but is often reminded through the age-old saying - “Simplicity is the Ultimate Refinement”.
The new guy! Matt is a graduate of Alamance Community College’s Advertising & Graphic Design Department (The very backbone of this county). He enjoys the outdoors, drawing comics, creating computer graphics and watching Football.
